Kids Heart Pilates

Young Guns – Level 2

    Join Liz from Kids Heart Pilates as she takes us through a series of exercises to help us get strong. If you’re not sure where to begin with Pilates for Kids, start with Level 1 (link below) and then keep progressing. Level 2 is ideal for children aged 3+

    These Pilates activities can be used in a classroom setting or at home and are ideal for children aged 2-7. Each video has a selection of short activities that range from 60-90 seconds in length. This video might reference a ‘lily pad’ which is a small yoga/pilates mat. You can use something similar at home or in a classroom however it is not essential.
