Everyday Resilience

With Michelle Mitchell

Maybe your child is enjoying strong friendships and you want to prepare them for the changes that come with high school. Maybe they are struggling socially and you want to support them better.  Either way, this video series is my opportunity to speak directly to your child about the issues that impact their day to day life – their relationships.

If you want to build social resilience in your tween, this online video series is for you.

This new video series has been specifically designed to help young people (aged 8-12) develop healthy friendships and handle tricky friendship issues like meanness, gossip, saying ‘no’ and support friends going through a difficult time. You can watch this video series with your child or give it to them to look at in their own time.

They are also ideal for classroom use.
