Flexi Flow

Flexi Flow is a learning services provider that weaves creative therapies with neuroscience.

Mindfulness & wellbeing increases connectivity in the frontal lobe of the brain, which is linked to improved attention, memory processing and decision making. Through mindful play, yoga, & circus skills children strengthen their capacity to respond to multiple stimuli with focus, clarity and a steady centre.

School is the most significant developmental context, after family, for primary school-aged children. Education & care services play a crucial role in building children’s self-esteem and sense of competence. They can also act as a safety net and assist in protecting children from circumstances that affect their learning, development, and wellbeing.

Flexi Flow skills are designed to nurture mental health and wellbeing. Children who are mentally healthy learn better, benefit from life experiences and have stronger relationships with family members, school staff and peers.

Flexi Flow was founded by Chelsea Baker who has an extensive and diverse professional experience spanning education, human services, community development, arts and culture and creative therapies. A tertiary qualified Human Services Worker and Community Development Practitioner. Chelsea also holds qualification and certificates in Yoga Instruction, Educational Kinesiology, Adult Education and Training. Chelsea has received extensive professional supervision and training in Narrative Trauma-Informed Positive Psychology Practice, Business and a number of other mind-body modalities that intersect her passion for the potential found in the nexus of arts, health, and education possibilities.
