Day 0 – A happier family

    Thank you for signing up to 21 Days to a Happier Family – the at home video and workbook program. I think you’re going to love it – and as you follow the program, you WILL see results… in yourself, and in your family.
    The program is based on decades of the very best in psychological research. And I’ve put it together in an easy, time-efficient, fun system that you’ll be able to customise and modify to suit your family and your personal needs.

    Here’s how it works:

    Tomorrow is Day 1. Make sure you come back and watch that video and then a video every 4 days with new stories, ideas, and things you can do to make meaningful changes in your family. Accompanying each video is a pdf worksheet with an outline of the video content to give you extra reminders after you’ve watched it. You can download the first one here … It also describes specific activities that can help you to focus your efforts and start to get clear on exactly what will work for you as you try to make your family happier.

    And even though are created for you to watch every four days, this is a self-paced exercise. If you feel like you need to slow down, that’s fine. Don’t feel pressured to keep up if it’s all too fast. Focus on what you need to focus on, and if that means that it takes 28 days or more to get to your happier family, that’s fine. Just stick with it. Be consistent. I know it will make a difference.
